About the collection
Alludio sells curated used, vintage, and limited-run items. Every piece is Alludio-owned — individually selected, inspected, documented, and described before it goes up. What you see in the listing is what you get. Our goal is honest representation, not persuasion.
Condition & documentation
Condition notes, known issues, testing details, and photos are included for every piece in the collection. If something has a flaw, we say so upfront. If documentation is still being completed, the listing will say so clearly.
Used and vintage items have histories. Normal cosmetic wear, age marks, and play history are part of the listing — not exceptions to it.
How buying works
When you place an order through the site, Alludio receives your request and sends a payment link to your email, typically within one business day. Your item is held once we confirm. No card is charged automatically — we confirm the order with you directly before anything is processed.
For some items — fragile amps, larger gear, anything requiring careful packing — we complete a brief fulfillment review before shipment. This ensures the item is packed well and ships in the condition described. You'll hear from us with a timeline.
Questions before you buy are encouraged. If you want to know more about condition, setup history, or anything else — ask before you commit.
Shipping
- — Continental US shipping only, unless we've agreed otherwise.
- — All items ship insured and with tracking.
- — Small pedals and accessories ship via USPS Priority Mail or equivalent.
- — Instruments ship with custom packing materials. Signature is required upon delivery.
- — Fragile or heavy items (amps, tube equipment, attenuators) may require additional packing time. We'll communicate the timeline.
- — Local pickup is available in the greater Philadelphia / West Chester area by appointment, and is noted on individual listings where it applies.
Shipping cost is confirmed before payment. We do not add fees that weren't discussed.
Returns
Returns are accepted when an item arrives materially different from its listing description, or when an item is damaged in transit.
To initiate a return: contact us within 3 daysof receiving the item. Retain all original packaging — it's required for any shipping-damage claim. We'll work with you to resolve the situation fairly.
Items are sold in used or vintage condition unless otherwise noted. Normal cosmetic wear, age, and play history are part of the listing description and are not grounds for return. Custom-built or made-to-order items (such as our amp stands) are final sale unless defective.
Trades
Trades are considered on most items — especially when the trade is interesting. If you have something you'd like to discuss, send a note. Cash is clean, but good gear has a way of starting conversations.

This policy is here because honest information helps everyone — not because we expect things to go wrong. If something is unclear, or if you have a question about a specific item, how it ships, or anything else, ask before you buy. That's what the inquiry form is for.
